Intro Session

Getting to know each other - though it will mostly be All About You! I hope to learn and understand who you are, where are you now, and how far you are willing to go on your fitness journey so that I could design a customized program that is tailored to your needs and wants!

We will start with a fun conversation about your typical day activities - from waking up to bedtime, exercise history - sports/recreation, any past or current injuries/surgeries that I should be aware of, and what your fitness goals are.

This first our is a crucial part of our fitness journey together as it gives me insights on your current baseline in the three aspect of my training style, 1) wellness, 2) nutrition, and 3) movement. From here I will create a well-rounded personalized program. It will also give us an idea if we are good a fit, to start training.

Then we’ll move around a little bit to do 7 movement patterns and 3 pain clearance of the FMS methodology to find your baseline. Towards the end of the session, I will recommend a couple of program options that is the best solution for us to work together in getting you results. I will also be happy to answer any questions that you may have.

Your homework: log all your meals of the past or next 3 days, (food, snacks, & beverages).

Personalized Program

Your personalized program in action - A summary of our initial meeting and the overview of your program - personalized based on your lifestyle, fitness level, movement patterns, and stage of readiness - will be share with you, such as:

  • 6 months overview based on your goals

  • A stability & mobility workout as your daily homework, based on your currently FMS score

  • Monthly workout calendar

  • Access to the Online Coaching Portal to upload & track, which includes progress photos, food diary, habits, & workout

Once a program is purchased, more detailed information will be shared such as:

  • 6 weeks resistance training and cardio regimen (updated every 2-4 weeks depending on your progress)

  • Nutrition guide, recommendation, and groceries shopping list (when appropriate)

  • Wellness/Recovery tips and recommendations - sleep schedule, stretching, etc…

  • Other information necessary based on your goals and necessity

1:1 Personal Training

Your program is ready, and we are set to train! Just show up, have a great workout, and go on with your day.

My job is to train you efficiently so that you could have more time with your family, to do other things that you want to do, so if you have no time, no problem! Leave the rest to me, from creating to tracking your workouts program, I’ll be doing it behind the scene to make sure you’ll progressing and getting results!

Note: you’ll track cardio homework on your own

I will be there every step of the way, from cuing you how to do each exercises, to watching, and correcting your forms. Most importantly, I’ll be there to motivate and push you to that last rep; reminding you of why we, train!
